WHO IS DARRON ANDREWS

Darron Andrews is an internationally acclaimed Vincentian Multi-instrumentalist, recording artiste, music producer, Cultural Ambassador of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and CEO of Darron Andrews Music (D.A.M). He is credited as being one of St. Vincent and the Grenadines first and only electric violinist to date and the pioneer

for jazz and contemporary violin playing in St. Vincent and Grenadines. Darron Andrews is widely traveled and has collaborated with a number of other artistes locally and internationally. He has performed on the Gungo Walk Music Festival, the Jamaica Jazz and Blues Music Festival that featured Arturo Tappin, Mary J. Blige, John Legend, Celine Dion, Chronixx, Third World and many more. He has also performed in many countries in the Caribbean, Europe, United Arab Emirates, Central Asia and the

United States. He is a proud graduate of the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts

Jamaica with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Jazz and Popular Music Studies class of 2013. Darron Andrews has since been seen carving pathways across the length and breadth of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and around the world with his music, and has

become a favourite of many.

My music style is a mix of folk, jazz , gospel,  reggae and soca. I like to blend different genres together, creating a unique sound that is both soothing and uplifting. I write my own songs and draw inspiration from my personal experiences and the world around me.

I have played in various events and venues, including music festivals, churches, wedding, and hotels. I always put on a show that engages the audience and leaves them feeling entertained and inspired.
